Sangeeta has been associated with institutions working towards building women leadership and a champion of encouraging women to leadership positions in corporate India. She is currently on the advisory board for Indian Women’s Network of CII Mumbai and sits on Board of several listed Public Companies Corporate Social Responsibility, diversity and building women leaders are issues close to her heart and she has been actively engaged and responsible for driving several of the initiatives in this space. Around seven years ago, she set up Sanguine Consultants, a boutique consulting Firm, to handle independent consulting assignments. Sanguine is currently working with several Indian and multi-national blue-chip corporations. Key areas of focus being leadership building - assessment, development, measurement and individual coaching. Prior to setting up her own Firm, Sangeeta was with KPMG as a Partner and Head of Human Resources for all the legal entities for KPMG India and a Trustee for the KPMG Foundation in India.

He was a member of the Board for Credit Suisse Services India Pvt Ltd and Branch Manager for the India Service Company (Credit Suisse Services AG, Pune branch) in which the IT footprint was consolidated

Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ranjit was Director of Delivery Management (BPO), Aviva, based in Pune and was responsible for managing the Operations of deployed functions across all Insurance process line covering 4500 FTE across 5 locations in India, based on a Build Operate Transfer model

Ranjit has worked for key leading corporations including American Express and JP Morgan Chase in various senior level assignments relating to off shored and outsourced operations. He began his career with ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered) in India as a Management Trainee

Ranjit went to Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, to pursue a degree in BA (Hons.) Economics. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Price Waterhouse, India.
