Corporate Anonymous is our Practice where we provide pro-bono Advisory Services to those who are victims of harassment, discrimination, bullying or any form of bad behaviour at work-place. We also act as Ombudsperson on behalf of Corporates and do mediation on behalf of either party. In the past few months; we have advised over a dozen individuals, mediated in 3 cases, and acted as an ombudsperson in 1 case Joanna, a Certified Independent Director, serves as an advisor to boards and senior corporate leadership in the areas of risk, compliance and governance. She brings over two decades of experience as a senior professional across Banking, Shipping and IT with global organizations like Credit-Suisse Maersk Line, P&O Nedlloyd IT Services and Nihilent Technologies. She currently serves on boards in insurance, online education and consulting. Joanna advises boards in matters concerning Data Security and Privacy, Governance, Ethics and Sustainability As a Certified Lead Assessor for Data Privacy by the Data Security Council of India, Joanna advises companies on setting up frameworks and measures to comply with global and Indian regulatory requirements. Joanna is a subject matter expert for Universities and Start-ups on Corporate Governance systems, processes and legalities, Compliance framework and structures, Management of IT and Regulatory Risk and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Leeds University Business School and is a recipient of the ‘MAHA-INTRAPRENEUR AWARD 2014’, instituted by Symbiosis International University Pune with Praj Industries in recognition of exemplary entrepreneurial spirit shown within an organisation. An excellent orator, Joanna has been invited as an expert speaker by several forums like NASSCOM, NHRDN and UBS Forums and has been a Keynote Speaker at the International Data Transfers & Compliance Summit (IDTC) 2020.
