Sangeeta has over 35 years primarily in Human Resources but also encompassing employer branding, corporate communications and operations. Her experience spans professional services, financial services, consulting and media sectors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Psychology from Mumbai University and a certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard Business School, Boston

Sangeeta has been associated with institutions working towards building women leadership and a champion of encouraging women to leadership positions in corporate India. She is currently on the advisory board for Indian Women’s Network of CII Mumbai and sits on Board of several listed Public Companies Corporate Social Responsibility, diversity and building women leaders are issues close to her heart and she has been actively engaged and responsible for driving several of the initiatives in this space. Around seven years ago, she set up Sanguine Consultants, a boutique consulting Firm, to handle independent consulting assignments. Sanguine is currently working with several Indian and multi-national blue-chip corporations. Key areas of focus being leadership building - assessment, development, measurement and individual coaching. Prior to setting up her own Firm, Sangeeta was with KPMG as a Partner and Head of Human Resources for all the legal entities for KPMG India and a Trustee for the KPMG Foundation in India.
