In her 7+ years of experience, she has gained diverse industry exposure including Education, BPO, Ecommerce, Banking, etc. She has a degree in Law & Arts in English Honors with Economics and carries extensive experience in driving & managing training interventions end-to-end (Online & Offline trainings)

Niharika’s journey began with her stint in the legal sector. However, she always had a passion & flair to work with students and loved building their capabilities in different areas. Her quest to pursue her passion soon landed her with her first opportunity with Speakwell Enterprises where she grew as an English Language Trainer and later as a Soft Skills & Behavioral Skills Trainer. Since then, she has successfully facilitated various English Language Training, Campus-to-Corporate and Management Development Programs for students, junior executives and first-time managers.

Niharika’s approach towards capability building is goal-oriented and unique to every team. She meticulously conducts training need analysis to identify the gaps in career progression. Based on her TNI / TNA, she designs customized trainings for focused groups. Her facilitation style is a combination of model study and pragmatic learning. As a Soft Skills & Behavioral Skills Trainer, Niharika has designed & applied innovative, experiential learning methodologies to optimize training effectiveness. She has trained corporate executives in Business Communication, Email Etiquette, Presentation Skills, Business Etiquette, etc. (classroom & virtual). As a Process Trainer, she has led, trained & coached customer support associates on Customer-Centricity, Communication Skills, Technical Process, etc. and also provided valuable inputs in process & performance enhancement through meticulous audits. As English Language Trainer, she has trained non-native English speakers & IELTS students on Basics of English, Voice & Accent, MTI and Business Communication. Presently she is driving English Language & Corporate-Ready Training programs (Online & Offline) for 1100+ engineering & management graduates at D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune.
